By booking a service or making a purchase with Lis Pink Cakes, you agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients and students.
1. Custom Cake Orders
Deposits & Payments

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and event date.

Final payment is due 15 days before your event. If not received on time, your order may be canceled.
Changes to Orders

Requests for changes to design or date must be made at least 15 days in advance.

All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations
-
All deposits are non-refundable.

Orders canceled within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable in full.
Pick-Up & Delivery

Once a cake has been picked up or delivered and approved, Lis Pink Cakes is not responsible for any damage that occurs thereafter.

Delivery is available for an extra fee, based on location.
Allergen Notice

Our cakes may contain allergens such as dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and soy.

Lis Pink Cakes is not liable for any allergic reactions.
Design Disclaimer

Each cake is handcrafted. While we do our best to match your inspiration or request, slight variations may occur in color, shape, or detail.
2. Classes & Courses
Reservations & Payments

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit must be paid via Zelle or Venmo.
-
Remaining balances may be paid in installments, with full payment due by the specified course deadline.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 15 days of the class are non-transferable and non-refundable.

No-shows without notice forfeit all payments.
Use of Course Materials

All recipes, techniques, and class materials are for personal use only.

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of class content is strictly prohibited.
Photography & Promotion

We may take photos or videos during classes for marketing purposes.

By attending, you grant us permission to use your image unless you request otherwise in writing.
3. General Policies
